Hi, I’m Aubrey.
I am a licensed therapist passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges. I provide a warm and collaborative space where you can feel safe and heard. Let’s work together to create a path towards a more fulfilling life.
Populations Served
Life can be overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone! My practice focuses on supporting clients through:
Anxiety & Mood Challenges: Building resilience and practical strategies to handle stress, depression, and overwhelm.
Life Transitions: Navigating life changes, career shifts, major milestones, loss, and changing identities.
Relationship Dynamics: Improving communication, setting boundaries, and fostering deeper connections.
Everyday “Adulting”: Finding harmony between work, personal goals, and self-care without the burnout.
You’ll get the most out of our work together if you’re ready to participate actively in your sessions, open to honest conversations, and prepared to dedicate time to your personal growth. If this sounds like you, let’s connect!
My Approach
I believe in a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy, where we work together to address your unique needs. This means focusing not just on your challenges, but also on your strengths and inner resources.
Here’s what sets my approach apart:
Strength-Based: We’ll identify your strengths and build upon them to create positive change.
Person-Centered: You are the expert on your own life. I create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
CBT & DBT Techniques: I incorporate evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
This integrative approach will empower you to develop effective coping mechanisms, build healthier relationships, and achieve greater emotional well-being.
